I recently had four sets of
Panel Blinds installed at my home, and would just like you to know that I am very happy with the end result. The ladies in your
Kresta Aspley showroom were always very helpful and polite, as was the man who took the measurements and the fitter and his off-sider.
In particular, I would like to commend one of the ladies from your showroom. When I reported that one of the glides did not run as smoothly as the others, she offered to come to my home ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON, to rectify the problem. Surely that was well above "the call of duty", especially being on a Sunday! In addition to her travelling time, Dianna would have taken over 30 minutes of her own time to rectifying the problem.
