Sarah Ma arrived at the agreed time on 20 April 2021. She brought with her samples of and options for blinds and awnings, as we had requested. She was a delightful person. Sarah was very generous with her time, energy and helpful suggestions. She was true to her honest words, very pleasant and had a healthy sense of humour - an almost mandatory requirement dealing with my wife and I, (who are now retiree pensioners). We had a very positive customer experience thanks to Sarah. We believe her attitude, behaviour and terrific work ethic deserves to be recognised.
