Unlike the above review I cannot fault the service I received from the Kresta Lidcombe Store. I visited the store and the manager patently spend time with me discussing options on roller blinds for our home. She was a wealth of knowledge on the blinds and very helpful. Everything was explained to me from where the blinds were made, to the time it would take and the payment policies etc . She suggested I book a representative to visit my home. As promised the representative called the day before and organized a time to visit me. Carlos arrived right on time , was very professional and I had no qualms about signing up right then and there.I did a bank transfer that day and the next day I received a call from Magen the manager to advise me they had received the money and the order would be processed that day . Three weeks later I received from the lady in charge of organizing installations a call saying my blinds were ready and the fitter could fit them in three days. Once again I transferred money and once again I received a phone call from Magan advising me they had received payment and confirming my blinds would be fitted on the organized day.They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job installing the blinds, he was very assiduous and cleaned up everything before he left my home.The whole process from ordering to installation was done within a month. I am very happy with the service provided and would use Kresta again in a heart beat. The company should be congratulated , on their choice of staff it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them.
