Just wanted to confirm how happy we are/were with your service. At the end of the day, for us it was about cost as it is our first home and costs associated with getting your first home stack up very quickly. In terms of quality, once again, being our first home, we are unable to compare quality of products between different companies, firstly because it is not until installation that you get a real feel of the product, and secondly because I believe that the difference in product quality is probably quite consistent between different major companies in Adelaide. However, for us, it was your service that made us decide to go with Kresta. From the moment you arrived on Saturday, you were warm and friendly without being obtrusive. You spent the time to go through different options with us without making us feel we were making bad or wrong decisions, instead, offering suggestions without pushing product. You were respectful of us and our thoughts as well as our home. In the end, the price you gave us was about $100 more than the competitor's quote, yet we still decided to go with you. We realise it is hard to compare between different products and prices, but at the end of the day, you almost matched the price of the other quote, and you spent the time with us to make us feel comfortable with our decision. We wish to thank you for this and I will most certainly recommend you personally, and Kresta, for any friends and family who are looking for curtains and blinds in the future.
