I received my quote for Sheer curtains and roller blinds approx 9 weeks ago. I had read reviews online and therefore wasn't planning on using Kresta.
I just happened to be passing their
Kresta Cannington store on my way to one of their competitors so I decided to pop in. Straight away the level of service, information, product knowledge and big smiles surprised me as I wasn't expecting any of this.
The sales representative came to my house, lovely lady who was very genuine and honest. I asked about all the negative reviews online, she was honest enough to tell me that the company had new management who were focusing on customer service, they were in the process of making a lot of chages to their supply chain and manufacturing so there had been some transitional issues, which Kresta are almost on top of now.
I loved their product, the sales persons honesty so I decided to go ahead with the
quote. As I expected the sheers took approx 7 weeks but they were certainly worth the wait.
So I am very happy with my products and I must say I am pleased I made my decision to use Kresta after giving them the opportunity to tell me what they could do for me. Good on you Kresta and I wish you all the success. Certainly 1 happy customer here!!
